I did not expect that book to be so much about math theories, neither did I expect to like a book about maths.

I found it slow to start, but once I understood what was supposed to be the appeal of it, I changed my expectations and enjoyed way more my read.

absolutely loved this book I’m honestly pissed at everyone i didn’t know the movies were based off a book (and it SHOWS). god it was my perfect read and i would have finished it sooner if not for life … i read the online vers with all the graphs and data (maybe it’s in a paperback? my dad was shocked i was seeing “stats” in the book Idfk) but love this approach to writing and i fucking adore the author. what a good fucking guy. crazy ahead of his time and his writing was phenomenal despite not really having a certain card to him ultimately. i love good reads like this that equally are descriptive as they are logical, in my head this was what every single reading of my bio major was supposed to be🤞🤞 love smart intelligent writers who have a passion for both the arts and science. this book is such a classic
OH the only reason i took off points was because of how stupid events happened to contribute to amazing ones. like the moment i read frog dna/females r breeding i had to sit there and seethe for a few minutes because dude ain’t no waaaaaaaaay… but otherwise loved it also i love u lex ur awesome and don’t get enough credit

Actual score 2.5 rounded up. I thought the movie was a lot better than the book.

Note: Excessive use of profanity throughout. Of course there was a lot of graphic violence and gore which was to be expected.

First written by Michael Crichton a wonderful and scarry novel about dinosaurs returned to life, and if this is good.
