Things get even worse when the invisible imp in Biddy's hair decides to get involved. She can't help but encourage Biddy into trouble.

Brigid Lucy wants a pet, but her Dad is allergic to pet hair? So what kind of pet can Brigid Lucy have?
I read this story to my daughter and while the language was needlessly babyish, the mayhem and chaos that follows Biddy, from the pet shop to the vet's office, is quite fun.
Parental behaviour and frustration in Biddy's family is somewhat realistic - oops!
Recommended reading age 5-8 years.
