I liked this a lot at first, but then the author disappointed me by turning it into one of those "noble idiot" stories, where the h sacrifices her relationship with the H "for his own good", and all because she takes the vindictive OW at her word, rather than telling the H what she said, and finding out for sure if it was true or not. This ruined the story for me, and I just skimmed the rest after that.
Ironically, the h had a lot of trust issues that the H was helping her work through, especially the fear of once again being hurt (her former fiancé cheated on her), and here she goes and "dumps" the H (for his own good, of course), telling him she's giving her ex another chance, and making it seem like she's the one who can't be trusted.
