You will find everything you need to get started with Zentangle or "tangling". This is a method of drawing similiar to doodling but being mindful of what you are doing. I use zentangle to increase my concentration as well as keep my stress down. All you need is a fine tip pen and paper. Anyone can Zentangle. This was so much fun that when my granddaughter destroyed my copy, I ordered another one.
