I definitely enjoyed reading the book and I am becoming more and more familiar with this author. I have already downloaded the rest of the series. The characters were all well established and seemed realistic to me as though I knew them and was able to become emotionally connected to them or disconnected to some depending upon who they were. However I couldn't give the author five stars in that his introduction to the book seemed a little on the harsh side and vindictive about people who had not been supportive and some of whom sounded down right cruel and critical. I can appreciate, certainly, his perspective and feelings on the matter, but felt that was not the proper forum for that feedback or maybe the wording could have been a little bit more Christ like. I would have enjoyed reading more of the intro to the book and how it was born and the connectedness to the other books in the series instead. And lastly, the format for the manuscript was off and. the alignment for the text looked like that of an amateur. There were also grammatical errors that should have been easily caught with some professional proof reading. I do hope that aspect will be corrected in the next books that I am about to embark upon immediately in the series. As a reader and as an educator the flow of the book is important to me and grammar and alignment of the text should not be an issue at this level.
