Thank you to NetGalley, Fox Chapel Publishing, & IMM Lifestyle for the ARC!

As always, definitely consult with your doctor before rushing into exercises, treatments, etc!
This is a very complete and informative guide!
Full of comprehensive injury explanations, including graphics, symptoms, facts, etc! There’s lots of practical recovery advice and so many exercises to try.
I think this is a great book for someone recovering, someone helping out in recovery journey, or anyone hoping to research sports injuries specifically!

Thanks NetGalley and Fox Chapel Publishing/ IMM Lifestyle for this arc in exchange for an honest review.

I see this as useful and clear guide. I have a chronic condition where my joints are affected. I had to push my doc to refer me to a PT. A book like this is a huge assist for lot of us without access to PTs. *The book is so clear. Go to your doc. Don’t try risky exercises. This cannot replace practitioners. * If you are curious, and willing to keep reading, this book is a great reference.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

This was a solid read for a new personal trainer. The pictures are great references and very clear. I would recommend this to new personal trainers and folks with injuries AFTER they have discussed them with their doctors. Each section provides clear explanation of the injuries and guidance on what to do. Solid read for anyone that needs a quick explanation of sports injuries.
