I'm always wary of textbooks as they tend to be dry and monotonous. However, this one was very well written. While it did have some laws to explain, it was written as conversationally as possible. I found it very easy to read. I also enjoyed reading it! I learned a lot about management styles, best practices and conflict resolution. I also learned a lot about myself. I recommend this book not only to supervisors but also to anyone who works in a customer service oriented occupation.
