PUT YOUR AND UP AND KEEP IT THERE!

Timmy and brother-in-law Sid as private dicks! Can any criminal sleep easy in his bed - especially if his old lady isn't in it with him?

From the moment our boys bring in the lowdown on the Brown divorce case they are up against it - and how! Always on the job, noses down, coat collars turned up, they probe relentlessly until the demon knicker-nicker in Britain's biggest girls school is revealed.

And that's not all: Teresa, Mrs. Brown, Francoise, Imogen, Natasha, Titania, Grizelda, Nadia, Miss Diver, Felicity, Desiree, Gee Gee, and the rest of them: are they all only after one thing, or is there more to it than that?

When Timmy and Sid decide to become private detectives it leads to some of their funniest and most ridiculous adventures. Timmy ends up getting molested by a pack of porn-film-making eighteen-year-old school girls while trying to discover who's been pinching the girl's knickers. And then the pair get recruited by the secret service to find out who has been flooding England with faked group sex photos of prominent politicians (including Margaret Thatcher). Their mission finds them in James Bond territory, careening along cliff tops in the South of France in a car with no brakes.

Whether you will enjoy this book may depend on whether the idea of agents leaving a secret headquarters by flushing themselves down the toilet makes you giggle uncontrollably or hurl the book against the wall. I found myself laughing out loud more often than usual while reading this Timothy Lea adventure, so I rate it as one of the best of the series.
