6 - I have read a lot of books on suicide loss so this book was a little repetitive for me and didn't have much new information. However, I found it helpful since there are not that many books that specifically address losing a sibling to suicide. Also, the author used running as one of the main ways of dealing with the loss of her sister. I started running just a short time before losing my brother, and I agreed with Michelle that it was very theraputic. This book inspired me to keep running even when I didn't have the energy.
