Read this book in one sitting. It's obviously not 'reading for pleasure', however, because I finally understood many of the physics and biochemical principles of image acquisition in PET imaging described here, along with guidelines for disease-specific, image interpretation in clinical practice, I did actually enjoy it! Really well written and great for medical image researchers, even if your primary discipline isn't radiology or nuclear medicine.
