I picked this up at the library just to flip through, but I was amazed by the content. I tried some of the exercises immediately and was even sore the next day. This book is quite the hidden gem and is great for soccer players, as well as others who just use the fitness tips. I loved the drawings and how the exercises correlated with specific soccer moves, but obviously (per my soreness) the suggestions can be implemented for someone just seeking ideas.

I thought that this book was a very hard book to read. but i really enjoyed the facts and things this book told me. Although with the book being so hard to follow i cant say that i recall most of it but it does help you understand some the science behind your body and how to improve your workouts in sport.
