This is a straightforward writing on ways to empower yourself with your fertility needs. While western medicine often makes you feel rather helpless to change your circumstances, this book helps to offer hope. I really appreciated the parts about listening to your own intuition. It’s not always easy, when others are trying to tell you the best way to move forward in your life. I’m still a little nervous to reduce my more strenuous exercise classes, but perhaps some calm is all this body needs. I’d be curious to take the course, although it looks like I’m too late for the current session.
Great book for those seeking to improve their fertility w yoga (or those writing a paper about yoga fertility, as I just did!!!). Compared to other sources I've seen, this used a lot more scientific evidence (perfect for my paper).
