High-level narrative
This book is an overview of the campaign in Palestine during the last year of WW I. After the successful defense of the Suez Canal, this campaign was not essential to the Allies' victory, but still significant in size and intensity. This book basically narrates the movements of the British forces, but there is a little more detail on the fighting in what is now central Israel. In short, this book is a narration of facts of little interest today.
