David Hockney: Egyptian Journeys

A catalogue of an exhibition from 2002 highlighting the work that the artist produced after his visits to Egypt. His first journey was on a commission from The Sunday Times to create a visual diary of his visit, the second in preparation for illustrations of Cavafy's poems and in 1978 for his work on the designs for a production of "The Magic Flute."
