The Analyst's Cookbook, Volume 2

Rate this book
This is the second volume in our "Analyst’s Cookbook" series. It comprises thirteen chapters, all of which share one thing in common: a relevance to intelligence analysts, whether in national security, in law enforcement, or in the corporate world.

Each chapter focuses on an analytic method. Some are birds-eye (“Game Theory”) and others granular (“Operational Code Analysis”), some old (“Red Teaming”) and some new (“Social Media Collection”).

About MCIIS:
A U.S. Department of Education Fund for the Improvement of Post Secondary Education grant funded the establishment of the Mercyhurst College Institute for Intelligence Studies (MCIIS) in February 2004. MCIIS seeks to identify, employ, and promote best practices in intelligence applications in national security, law enforcement, and business. It offers conventional and distance-learning courses related to intelligence, and run a post-graduate certificate program for current analysts.

Interesting techniques, but at the risk of sounding like a Luddite, it would be nice to have a hard copy edition available.
