This is an AMAZING "How To" Paint Impressionistic Watercolors book. Nowhere else could I find anything on this exact subject. The author explains everything very clearly even giving exact colors to use in certain situations, depending on light or shadow and exercises to practice these skills. At first I checked it out from the library. I loved it so much (tons of info I need), my husband bought my own copy for me. It is a great reference, and now I don't feel I must rush through it, trying to absorb all the good tips. I have it on my bookshelf to read whenever I want to. I highly recommend this to watercolor artists who want to paint in this style.
