Read for Nutritional Biochemistry. Not a fan of the blanket supplement advice given, or emphasis on a high meat/low carb diet for disease control, which recent research doesn't support. Good bones but with so many years since publication, the science needs to be updated.

Genes do not act by themselves in determining our health condition and longevity. Rather, they require essential nutrients to function. If you eat the right foods, your genes will know how to manage all body body systems. If you eat bad foods, you will damage your DNA, confuse your body and age faster.

So far exactly what I wanted to read about... what foods you need to put in your body that are necessary for DNA replication but aren't always produced in your body
