Hmm, ... "hours of fun for young, curious minds."
Young minds do enjoy playing with stickers, but kids aren't likely to learn much about birds from this book unless they have adult guidance.
One to two sentences provides info about each bird, but the info is fairly 'dense.' For example,
Cactus wren This wren builds its nest among the spines of the chola cactus, even making several decoy nests in different plants to fool predators. Few enemies will brave the spines to steal the wren's eggs or young.
The illustration is a soft gray image of the sticker. It would have been better if the bird's image had been positioned on a chola cactus with a nest.
Seven birds per page of text, with a corresponding page of 7 stickers.
