This rates right up there as one of the best books on the Youth Work reading list, it's an absolute gem, full of insight and wisdom. It answers so many questions about difficult issues and makes youth work seem more do-able and less frightening: dealing with complex issues like solitude, silence and bullying in a very gentle but practical way that takes all of the perfectionist worker's fix-it angst out of the equation. I highly recommend this book.
