One of the most elegant books I’ve read. An excellent combination of famous paintings, gastronomic information and recipes with interesting stories about food, painters and food trade. So interesting as it made me to even read a few recipes, which I usually do only when I want to try something new. I highly recommend it to ladies who like the art of cooking and the art of painting and have an afinity for Italy and its sophistication!
