This book was easy to read and understand. I liked that they gave several scenarios/ stories to emphasize each topic to help people learn to change how they deal with everyday situations.

This is a great book of stories by counselors who are a married couple and give advice through stories & people on every possible subject. Really good, thought provoking and honest.

I'm sorry, I tried to read it, but couldn't get past having to blame my parents for all of my problems. I am not sure what I was looking for, but I don't think this was for me.
