Excellent book to have as a reference. If you ever get stuck trying to prove important ideas to a knuckle-headed co-worker or perhaps, an empty-headed supervisor, this book will make it much easier for you. Direct and clear in presentation, the author does a nice job of separating applications from theory, making it both a nice read and an accessible reference book.
