A very short read; I finish reading this in an hour. Its premise is 4 herbs when properly combined and cooked, can provide healing for those with cancer. It does mention Alzheimer's, lupus, chronic fatigue, and AIDS. Some of the endorsements come from doctors. I visited Lac du Flambeau this month, but had not read the book at this point.
Renee Caisse, a Canadian Nurse, asked a patient how she recovered from terminal cancer. She followed this referral to Northern Wisconsin, and found a medicine man from the Ojibway tribe, an Indian herbalist, back in 1923. This is included in the background information.
The book is not written very well, and may confuse those seeking to verify its validity as an herbal remedy. But if you piece things together: other doctor books, doctor referrals, and a longer disease list, you may benefit from this handbook.
