An enchanted story of how Molly, like all small children mess about with products in the bathroom. We have all made potions in the sink much to the horror of our parents. When Molly eventually comes out of the bathroom to her surprise her dad has fallen asleep because she has been in there for so long.
A great way of learning the French words for parts of the face and body and addressing children’s curiosity about their own appearance. The book also contains fun illustrations of Molly brushing her hair and her dad with a permanently kind and smiling face. This book is suitable for children above 3 years old who are learning French for the first time.
There are others from this series that I prefer (Puppy Finds a Friend, for example) but I appreciate it's accessible plot and timing as a good way to introduce French vocabulary to small children.
