If you try to solve logic puzzles or maybe Sudoku in a puzzle magazine, do you ever check out the extra pages that actually teach you strategies for solving those sorts of puzzles? This book takes that kind of approach to solving word problems, and, strangely enough, it often works! Useful for homeschoolers.

This is an excellent resource for any student in any math class. Typically there is a great deal of stress when student's are facing any type of word problem. This book gives detailed step-by-step solutions to the type of problems students will encounter in an Algebra class!
