This drawing book features the cars from the Disney movies of the same name. The opening pages provide summaries of the plots of the Cars and Cars 2 movies. The next two spreads cover needed art supplies and tools and basic drawing exercises. The remaining pages show budding artists how to draw twenty-two cars from those movies. Each car has an introductory paragraph with a brief description of it, followed by step-by-step instructions for drawing the car, and ending with a colorized version of the completed vehicle. Additional drawing tips, information and movie scenes are shown in the margins. Drawing books are always popular, and the movie tie-in will make this one even more sought after. It is a worthwhile addition to any library.
