More of a 3.5 -- Granted, I'm finding that, in general, most books tips for getting your wedding for a bargain are common sense. I dunno if that's just the way that I was raised or the fact that I waited until my 30's to get married but I found myself skimming a lot because, after reading the "tip" I was like, "well duh... "

There were some nice points in here that I hadn't thought of and the way that some of the best tips are highlighted and separated out for you make this an easy book to skim.

Why a bride insists on planning a wedding without looking at books is beyond me! I continue to think an engagement ring should come with an etiquette lesson … anything to attempt to rein in what will, unfortunately, more often than not become a bridezilla.

If this is the first wedding book you have read, you may like this book. I have read at least 5 other wedding books and everything in this book can be found in other books that give more detailed tips. However, it is a relatively short book so it's a good book if you just want a short overview of tips to save money on your wedding.
