As unique as a fingerprint, our handwriting is a reflection of our inner selves, revealing everything from our talents and personal tastes to insecurities, desires, and psychological attitudes. Reed Hayes shows how the practical art of graphology (or handwriting analysis) can provide insight into the qualities of your own personality as well as the personalities of those around you.Between the Lines provides an awareness of graphology that not only enhances our understanding of ourselves, but also sheds light on our business, social, and romantic relationships.
Excellent book on handwriting analysis. Easy to read and understand. Lots of images that illustrate traits discussed. A great way for anyone to learn more about what handwriting reveals about character and personality.
Have you ever thought that handwriting could tell, a person´s entire personality? It can! Now, I know graphology doesn't sound to exciting, but the explanation of writing analysis was so simple and so comprehensive even a five year old could understand. The depth that Reed Hayes goes into in the book, "Between the Lines" shows just how much she really knows about the subject of graphology.
This book was able to teach me everything I needed to know to get a good foundation for writing analysis. It had examples of writing for every new form of writing to deduce. By the middle of the book I could catch myself subconiously observing everyone´s writing seeing what I could figure out with the information. This was possible because of Hayes simple and to the point explanations. The author at the beginning of the book goes into detail of what graphology can and can´t be used for to determine personalities. As it turns out graphology can be used for a wide variety of people. Bosses, looking for a new employee, can see what kind of a worker the candidate is. Employees can even see what kind of a person the boss is. Really the only things graphology can´t infure about people is age, hieght, mostly physical triats. As you can see graphology can help in many real life situations.
This book was definetly worth five stars. I truly believe everyone should read it to grasp a deeper understanding of people, and why we are the way we are, as the author said in the book, ¨As unique as a fingerprint, our handwriting is a reflection of our inner selves, revealing everything from our talents and personal tastes to insecurities, desires, and psychological attitudes.¨ Hope you enjoy the book as much as I did!
