I enjoyed this book. I had to read it for my group therapy class and never found it boring. A lot of the vignette's are experiences that Andy has had in his career. He states in the first chapter that group workers get no respect. Why? Because how does having kids be loud and rowdy treat their problems? Read and find out...
A good book if you're going to be working with adolescents - helps you be more conscious of the spontaneity and flexibility and sense of humor you'll need :-)
