WOW!!!

Post 911, I began searching out REASONs for Aging, Rhumatic Diseases, Allergies, Cancer, Cardiovascular Diseases, etc.

Circa 2004ish, I started reading Udo Erasmus's book "Fats that Heal, Fats that Kill" and was blown AWAY! Udo is very much into the Chemistry behind the inner workings of the body, Carbon Bonds, etc. His book, soon became my first "Heath Bible". In my opinion, the most underated scientist of the 20th Century was Linus Pauling, who was mentioned over and over in this, Dr. Raths Book as Dr. Rath was a friend and student of Dr. Pauling!

Although I find the title of this book a bit strange, it is what I would call another "Health Bible"! Just a few tidbits:

***50 Percent - Of all people will die "unnecesarily" from a Heart attack/cardiovascular event (from age 25 on...)!!!***

***You can quickly remove your Death Risk by more than 20 percent by taking a few daily vitamins***

and more.

This is a very interesting book and well worth reading if you can get your hands on a copy.

It isn't an essential vitamin C book/article like some of the big general ones, such as:

Clinical Guide to the Use of Vitamin C The Clinical Experiences of Frederick R. Klenner, M.D.
Ascorbate: The Science of Vitamin C by Dr. Hickey and Dr. Roberts
The Healing Factor: Vitamin C Against Disease by Irwin Stone
VITAMIN C, TITRATING TO BOWEL TOLERANCE, ANASCORBEMIA, AND ACUTE INDUCED SCURVY Robert F. Cathcart, III, M.D.
The Ascorbate Effect in Infectious and Autoimmune Diseases by Robert F. Cathcart, M.D.
VITAMIN C: The Real Story by Steve Hickey, PhD and Andrew Saul

But it is still a very good book with an intriguing premise.

The importance of vitamin C for M.E. patients, as well as those with other serious diseases, cannot be overstated. Dr Levy's new vitamin C book is essential.

Jodi Bassett, The Hummingbirds' Foundation for M.E.

I finished this book about a year ago, and started following the daily vitamin / mineral recommendations as close as possible. Since that time along with other changes in my eating and exercise habits my total cholesterol has dropped over 40 points. My HDL / LDL and trigycerides have all dropped into the Dr. recommended ranges for the first time in 20+ years!
Was it all from following the recommendations in this book, no I made some real changes in my habits. But I can't help but think this had a lot to do with it. Plus the fact that I've only had 2 very mild colds since following Dr. Rath's book. It seems to work!

Unseriös aufgemacht ohne Ende, aber teilweise scheint etwas an den hochdosierten Vitamin-C-Präparaten dran zu sein.
