A concise guide to workplace rights based off of past practices, defined here as "consistent course of conduct that has been followed for a substantial period of time with the knowledge and acceptance of both management and the union." Clear communication and routine recognition of actions (on all sides) would prevent a lot of workplace friction, but it's nice to learn about what protections are available when things go awry.
