Fun read! Lots of trivia and vintage images - lead me to googling nearly every club to see which we could visit, with only Havana's The Tropicana and Las Vegas' Flamingo seeming to carry on the traditions. Of course New York's Cotton Club and LA's Florentine Gardens exist in some state, but not to the grandeur they once did.
