This book was the absolute bible during my nursing training. Readers would be better getting a newer addition now due to the book being quite old now. The authors clearly explain the conditions in an easy to understand way. It was expensive but worth it!

I didn't really use this much. Sometimes it was helpful to bring along to a clinical or two, but for the most part, everything in here is also in the textbook. It's just that the textbook is about 50 pounds heavier.
