I am a psychologist who specializes in meditation, hypnosis, and neuroscience, I have copauthored 27 books with my husband, C. Alexander Simpkins, PhD. We are devoted to writing and public speaking to enhance the quality of life, to uplift and add skills. I have been involved in psychotherapy for many decades and believe in the potentials within to grow and develop. Buku ini isinya lumayan bagus, secara teori lumayan lah TAPI secara praktis dan teknisnya kurang berbobot. Dari awal lihat gambar penulis pada covernya aja kurang meyakinkan (sorry bukan maksud untuk merendahkan) - juga pas baca secara keseluruhan - ilustrasi fotonya juga kurang detil hanyak sekilas-sekilas saja. Buku ini juga saya beli di Pesta Buku Jakarta 2008 dengan harga Rp5000.
