Great book to become a flipper quickly. Actually, almost instantly upon completion. It explicitly explains step by step on what to do and how to do it. The information provided is priceless for a free read.

Recommended for any new real estate investor or wanna be investor. All steps are clearly stated and detailed. It outlines steps to get started with or without funding sources. It is a must read for anyone considering real estate investing. Kudos to Sean! Thank You Sean!

Excellent Book

This book is concise but very informative. Some things I knew but I learned a great deal of new resources and techniques. I'm excited to get back reacquainted with real estate investing.

This short ebook exposed me to many things about real estate investing that I didn't know. However, it is aimed at a particular audience — property wholesalers — which doesn't include me. As a result, I sped through the chapters quickly, knowing that I would not be applying the key principles of the author's system, but looking for nuggets of information and advice.

It seems that the book is a compilation of blog posts and is designed to provide easy access to helpful sites on the web. It is the kind of book which relates to the specific time of publication and will therefore not stand the test of time without extensive rewriting. The system of investing advocated is the "fix-and-flip" system, which involves buying up properties well below market value, doing a couple of things to them to increase their appeal to buyers, and selling them on at a profit. This is only possible when there are lots of desperate sellers in the market, such as directly after the sub-prime crisis, and is also, I think, dependant on the laws governing property transfer within a state or country.

For all that, though, the book is well written in a concise sort of way. It does what it sets out to do, providing step-by-step guidelines on how to implement an effective system. There are a couple of good case studies and some photographs and tables. Personally, I would have enjoyed a gentler style, allowing room for the new investor to consider his risk profile, source contacts and establish structures for managing cash flow. Had these softer topics been included, I am sure I would have given the book a higher rating.

I downloaded five free Kindle books about flipping homes. This book had several ways to leverage social media. I found this book had good suggestions I would use in ANY marketing situation, including those outside of real estate. ... Such as maybe using craigslist to market a book or two available on Amazon.

As with all the free books, the author really wants you to buy his seminar series. One take away from all the books I just read, and very clear in this book, is flipping houses is a Salesman position. This man was a motivational speaker and can sell stuff. He is also ex-military and many of his "motivational" techniques and suggestions are military in style - plow through, keep going, throw stuff at it, and don't quit.

Interesting topic

I am not into real estate, but I like to read about different ways to become your own. This book has plenty of great ideas and shows you that almost anyone can get into a field that is sometimes intimidating.

I felt like the guy was constantly pushing the reader to do things that were legal, but morally wrong. It just seemed that he pushed the reader to take advantage of people.
