الكتاب من 14 فصل أهمها كيفيه تدريس طلاب صعوبات التعلم القراءة والكتابة والمساعدة على الدمج فى الصفوف
وكيفيه اختيار الوسائل والتقنيات المساعدة

في رأي الشخصي ومن خلال الخبرة لا يوجد طريقة واحد او طريقة مثلي لتعليم الطلاب من ذوي الهمم المهارات الاكاديمة فا حالة كل طالب تختلف عن الاخري ولكن فى النهاية الشئ الذي يحدث دائماً فارق وفارق كبير ايضا هو تضمين المهارات النمائية من ضمن اليات التعلم بل والاعتماد عليها بشكل اكبر لتحسن الطالب
