This book simultaneously says "avoid broad genralizations and connections" and then does exactly that.
I stopped reading when it said "The brain is the most complicated organ in the whole world." Yes, that's true, I guess. But it's lazy writing and editing, implying that the brain lives separately outside, in the wide world.

Educators, do not waste your precious time on this book. Clearly someone was feeling the pressure to publish and regurgitated a failed, outdated psychology text book and re-branded it as a way to connect with today's youth. Totally out of touch.
