A nanny falling for her boss, tick. Forbidden love, tick.
Ryan finally finds a nanny worthy of his daughter Ava, but he must keep feelings out of it and keep it professional at all costs. Kelsey (Kels) loves Ava at first sight and finds that being a nanny fulfills all her dreams of being a mum. She can't help but feel the attraction between her and Ryan, but is confused with his hot and cold treatment of her. They both have history that rears its ugly head and causes problems within their relationship. Ryan struggles with trust issues due to previous relationships burning him.
This story keeps you on your toes and is a definite page turner. What can go wrong for Ryan and Kelsey does. The plot thickens when Ryan decides to keep Kelsey at arms length and brings an ex home. He hates himself for it, but does what he thinks is necessary, due to his trust issues.
When he finally gets his act together and admits he has feelings for Kelsey, they start to build a relationship. It is doomed to fail with his history with women, and when Kelsey finds she is pregnant and Ryan leaves her, things could not get any worse. The tabloids do Ryan no favours, writing about his previous sordid affairs. Kelsey resigns from her job and disappears, with Ryan unable to find her.
Can they work out their differences and put history behind them?

Surprise Baby For My Billionaire Boss is now my favorite Billionaire/Nanny book that I have read to date. Lacey Nash has taken her original plot and written a book that is worth reading. This book is entertaining and full of special enduring moments. The story had perfect pacing in regard to the progression of Ryan and Kelsey's relationship. All of the characters in this book were so easy to like (with exception to Ryan's mother) and had me cheering for Ryan, Kelsey and Ava to become one big happy family.

Ryan needs a nanny for his daughter Ava and he doesn't just want anyone. He wants the best for his little princess. Ryan gets lucky when he hires Kelsey as Ava's nanny. She genuinely loves Ava and really helps her thrive. The two of them quickly become close. The chemistry between Ryan and Kelsey is smoldering and can't be contained no matter how hard they try to resist one another. Ryan is caught up in the past and he is struggling to open himself up to love again. Can Kelsey help him to heal those wounds so they can have a future together?

This book held my attention from the start to the last page. Its about a widower of the name Ryan, who is a billionaire with a young daughter and hires Kelsey to be his daughter's nanny. Ryan & Kelsey find out they are intrigued with each other, hot chemistry for each other and can't seem to stop themselves.

Besides all of the drama, emotions, fights and steamy romance Kelsey & Ryan face together, the book has a lot to offer: it's entertaining, drama, wonderful characters, lots of twist and unpredictable turns, suspense, family, loyalty, scandals, betrayal and steamy romance.

I received a free copy of this for an honest review. I would recommend this book to anybody who enjoys Action & Adventure Romance, New Adult & College Romance and Billionaire Romance books. If you want a book that is entertaining, a page-turner and easy-to-read, then grab yourself a copy of this book, sit down and have a delightful read.

Normally, I would just shut up and give a star rating, but this book irritated the hell out of me!! I realy tried to keep myself to remember this girl is young but fuck I don’t think I was so childish ever!! THEN I am not even talking about the "hero" aka "zero" in this book.

Authors, please decide if you want a good guy, a bad guy, but for the love of all things worthy, just make up your bloody mind! Then he is in control, and then he is a pathetic asshat the whiplash in the book was way too much. I kept hoping for redemption but found nada!!

There were a lot of unnecessary dramas if only they communicated better.... I think the author's to blame for this mishap because we were left out of all the discussions and got to know faze.... they drive from and to without any conversation.... everywhere the go no conversation in between destinations.

Again, this is how I felt reading this book. My experience could be different to you. To each his own. I am just stating how I experienced this book.

A very enjoyable book, this is the story of a billionaire and his nanny falling in love. Ryan is a widower and has a sweet little girl but due to his closed heart and high demands this grump can’t keep his nannies. Enter Kelsey who is a ray of sunshine she’s had a pretty tough upbringing but has a heart of gold and lots of love to give. Insta attraction between the MCs. Ava adores her and she soon melts Ryan’s heart, you can feel their chemistry coming off the pages, they develop feelings, drama ensues as a greedy parent and jealous ex want to spoil their happiness. Very likeable characters and an adorable little girl made this a romantic and fun read. Sweet ending too. I received this arc via Booksprout.

Our hero needs a nanny for his young daughter and our heroine jumps at the chance. But between a strong attraction to her boss and both of their families getting into the mix, this job is turning into something much more complicated.

This is a novella length billionaire romance with a boss/employee romance theme. The story is well written and easy to read. The characters are nicely done with enough detail to make the story seem familiar and comfortable. The plot proceeds at a nice pace and includes several twists and turns that keep things interesting (and steamy). Overall, this story was a lot of fun and I look forward to seeing more from this author.

Surprise Baby for my Billionaire Boss is the story of Kelsey and Ryan. Ryan is a single dad and put out for a new nanny. Kelsey applied even though she has zero experience. Something about her made him feel differently about her and he decided to give her a chance. Her first day didn’t go so well even after hitting it off with his daughter because he came home with an attitude and was extremely cold towards her. As the days go on they are filled with sadness, joy, desire, jealousy, passion and abandonment. This was an easy, fun and enjoyable read that I was able to finish in one sitting. I absolutely love Lacey and how she writes and develops her stories. I can’t wait to read more!! 😊❤️

I love how this doesn't start with a one-night stand and then a later discovery that she works for him. It made their romance more organic and more about love than sex. The fact that they acknowledge their attraction (to themselves, if not each other) from the start shows a maturity that is often lacking in sex-focused books.

I also think the fact that Ryan is single because he is a widower, not a divorced man, is also a plus because it makes him more open to love. Two thumbs up for me!.

This is an amazing story that once I started it I couldn't put it down. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

Lacey is such a sweet author. Her love for showing peoples emotions, and heart even when they are bogged down by their own issues and running monologue in their heads.

Kelsey and Ryan's story is yes about a grumpy billionaire and a sweet young woman. It really goes into more depth of what's really going on when you find yourself innately attracted to someone but you can't explain why.

Life isn't easy. We all have our share of heartbreaks and tribulations. Lacy takes us down a road where we can enjoy it, and look beyond that to find a nice sweet love story.

A wonderful story with an age gap and bump and pull story. Ryan and Kelsie meet when she comes for an interview for a job as a nanny. When they meet, the insta attraction is right there between them. They both don't know what to do with it, but whatever they do they can't deny it. Will they work it out and have a happy ending together? Or will it all turn out very differently and let the chance of love slip.

This is fantastic book. The relationship shows that even with instant feels communication, trust, and honesty are keys not only into having a successful relationship but even to starting one. This was a great read. I loved Kelsey, and how she knew what she wanted, even in the face of Ryan's past. It takes Ryan a bit longer to get past his trust issues, but he figures it out.

I haven't read Lacey Nash's books before, the blurb was intriguing on a Facebook ad. She writes similar to other authors I like.

This book had a good story and the writing was good. For me the characters were a little one dimensional and I needed more from them. I'll be checking out more of Lacey Nash's work though.

I was pulled into this story from the start. Ryan and Kelsey have an electric chemistry the singe the page. Hired as his nanny, but the connection continues to go the closer they get.
