This book includes a lot of practical strategies for shifting the mental focus and attitude in a class. As an upper high school teacher, I found most of these would be too 'basic' for my seniors, but I think they would be very suitable for primary school students or even some middle school classes. I would recommend this for anyone who is new to teaching and looking for brain break activities.
