When I was visiting family in Amsterdam in the spring of 2006 it was the 400th anniversary of Rembrandt's birth. I went a lot of museums and saw a LOT of Rembrandt's. This exhibit was being held at the VGM and I went twice. Fast forward to a few days ago and the book sale at our small local library(Totman Library - Phippsburg, Maine). I helped set things up and skipped the first two days to give others a fair shot. I mean ... I already have a bazillion books. So I went in Monday and checked things out and found this. Who would not scoop this book up IMMEDIATELY???? I had to do it and I'm not sorry. I will pass it on when I'm done with it, if ever.
