An incredibly thorough study of the structure of the revolutionary battleship. Roberts provides a short but solid design and operational history of the ship, an extensive photo gallery, and detailed drawings covering every aspect of the ship, top to bottom and stem to stern.

I think this was one of the initial books in the design series, and it is a gem. Model makers the world over have used the drawings as a resource, but the author also describes the design history in adequate detail. But again, the drawings, some of which are 3D are worth the price of admision all by themselves. A totally enjoyable text!
