The book contains twenty-five contemporary British playwrights including Gregory Burke, Sarah Daniels and Sarah Kane. It's like a reference book as any reader could refer to. The playwrights mentioned in the book are who gave their first works after 1980. And, each chapter contains four-part, introduction talks about playwright's life, analysis of writer's works in chronical order, a summary of the playwright's particular contribution to British theatre and finally a bibliography of primary texts. I think it's quite a useful resource for those interested in theatre.
