This book contains more information on life-extension & the proper use of just about every substance to achieve life-extension than any other book I personally know of and is presented in a clear easily navigable format.

i reference it often. it's a little dense, but a great resource

It's pretty good as far as Vitamins and Minerals go but make sure you have others besides this book.
