I'm enjoying these patterns and have already made the penguin with floatie twice. My one issue with the book is that it needed another round of editing. I've found some numbering mistakes in the instructions, jumping from number 9 to 20 then to 12, 13, 14, etc., entirely skipping numbers 10 and 11. The pattern still works, but it was confusing the first time I made the penguin.
That said, I still recommend this book for intermediate amigurumi crochet.
