'Yukito Ayatsuji' is the original creator of Another. He is a famous writer of mystery and Japanese detective fiction. He is also one of the writers that demands restoration of the classic rules of detective fiction and the use of more self reflective elements. He is married to Fuyumi Ono, author of The Twelve Kingdoms and creator of Ghost Hunt, Juuni Kokuki, and the author for a few other manga.

3.5 stars, the murder mystery is solid and the relationships among characters and their hidden motives are masterfully written, it's an entertaining read.

很驚訝爲什麽這本書在Goodreads上評分那麽低，一直以爲此作的質量不太高，結果讀過之後才發現這是本優秀的新本格推理傑作。如果你讀過島田莊司早期時佳作的話，那麽你對這本書裏面的核心詭計就不陌生了，因爲島田早期的一本書裏的詭計和此書詭計簡直就是「姊妹」。在故事的發展階段甚至都可以猜測到，連響都提到過『類似這類的障眼法，已經有過好幾個前列』，但真正高潮的地方是物理公式的解答上，本人文科生真是一臉問號的狀態，但好歹有圖片説明，還是很好理解的。環環相扣的劇情和解答，真的非常精彩，雖然有很多硬傷，但瑕不掩瑜！接下來馬上閲讀續作，聽説續作是部神作！
