Rate this book
Communication fails without someone to listen. And even though communication is a two-way street, little attention is given to learning how to listen effectively. Listen Hear What's Really Being Said outlines five instant ways to improve your listening skills and helps you pinpoint your strengths and weaknesses in listening. You'll also learn how to interpret nonverbal communication and respond with non-judgmental phrases.

Doesn't go into a lot of depth but I think really captures the essence of what's important about becoming and learning to becoming a better listener. Worth the short amount of time to read.
