The Judas Seat by Katherine Pritchett is a gripping, emotional rollercoaster that held me captive from the very first page. The characters are richly drawn, the plot is intense, and the twists absolutely mind-blowing. It’s one of those rare books that gets under your skin and stays with you long after the final chapter. Pritchett’s writing is both lyrical and raw, effortlessly weaving suspense with deep emotional truths. I found myself breathless, heart racing, and completely immersed. If you're looking for a book that challenges, entertains, and stirs your soul, this is it. I absolutely loved it.
The Judas Seat is a good title for a good read. Richard Matthews accepts the mission to negotiate peaceful agreements between North Korea and other nations. Yet someone is trying to make those efforts fail by endangering all who are involved. Author Katherine Pritchett does an excellent job of bringing out the diverse personalities of both the negotiators and the culprits.
