First, this book needs a more thorough editing. Classic issue of having real words that pass the spell check but are not grammatically correct. Otherwise, the gist is that you need to stop making excuses, adopt a positive mindset and, in doing so, you’ll change your mood and your organization’s culture to be more effective.
