I picked this up to learn about St. John's Wort. It was pretty insightful. This book, combined with what I learned about studies on antidepressants vs. natural remedies, has lead me to start taking St. John's Wort. And I have been pretty much depression-free for 9 months.

I used this as a reference for a paper I wrote whilst at college. Conclusion? There are so many better natural remedies to use for depression!!
