This is the best very concise summary on this important topic. There is not much written clearly on this issue, in the modern era. Still looking for a more in depth treatment. So many people get this wrong. Ditches on both sides.

Excellent truths are found in this short and easily digestible book. Very encouraging and easy to grasp. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that there are a decent number of typos; not too much to be distracting, but enough to notice. Even still, I would highly recommend this book!
